Please be aware that if you are still in the waiting room at the start of your appointment time, there may be a few reasons.

  • your provider is having technical difficulty and will be on momentarily
  • your provider is completing the session before you and will be on momentarily
  • you may have clicked on a different provider instead of the one you are scheduled with
  • this is not your scheduled appointment time
