I am a Nashville native! I grew up on a farm and moved to Pennsylvania with my husband after getting married. We quickly realized how much we loved Tennessee and moved back to settle down in Hendersonville. I received my bachelor’s degree in Family Sciences from Lipscomb University and graduated with my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. I joined the Babb Center in 2021.
During my graduate career, I had the opportunity to intern at Brentwood Baptist Counseling Center, where I expanded my clinical skills. I cherish the opportunity to meet clients where they are. I consider it a gift to be given the chance to sit with clients as they discover the strength and growth within them. I have much experience providing therapy for anxiety, depression, teen counseling, women’s issues, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband, son, and two dogs, Duke and Dixie. I enjoy being outside, spending time at my parents’ farm, exercising, being with friends, going to the beach, and deep-sea fishing.
