The Babb Center for Counseling
The Babb Center is a center for counseling that operates as an extension of First Baptist Church Hendersonville, TN. We provide care and services to the entire community in order that every generation may connect to hope and healing.
The Babb Center provides a variety of professional mental health services for all ages and is open to the community at large. We strive to create a safe place for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. While the Babb Center is a faith-based counseling center, you do not have to be a Christian to receive help.

History of the Babb Center
The counseling services of First Baptist Hendersonville started in 1995 with the addition of the first member to the church staff to provide mental health services to the community.
As the need for faith-based counseling continued to grow, an office building on the other side of the parking lot was acquired, allowing the opportunity to expand the counseling services offered. In May of 2002, the Babb Center was officially opened. The counseling ministry was renamed the Babb Center after Roy and Marguerite Babb, who had committed their lives to serving others.
