Master’s Level Counselor Under Supervision
I am a master’s-level counselor under supervision, currently working toward full licensure. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Samford University. I began my practice at the Babb Center as an intern during graduate school and have been blessed to continue serving clients here as I complete my licensure hours.
My counseling interests include working with adolescents, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and boundaries. I use a variety of evidence-based interventions to help clients cultivate insight and develop coping skills to help them move through life’s challenges with resilience and hope.
Outside of the office, you will find me cooking meals for people I love, reading good books, taking long walks outside, and spending time with my husband and our dog.
