Do you know a teen that is struggling with anxiety?

According to a recent study by the National Institute of Mental Health, 25.1% of 13-18 year olds have anxiety and as many as 30% are teen girls. If left untreated research shows teens are at higher risk to perform poorly in school, miss out on important social experiences, and engage in substance abuse.

In this six-week group experience, your teen will learn practical ways to: decrease anxiety, cope with panic, overcome negative self-talk, and increase self-esteem. Also included in the sessions will be a time for parents to receive information on how they can support their teen during this time.
